The image to the left reminds me of me. I wear a hat of many colors with lots of things going on all the time and my brain is very busy. I am on a crusade of sorts and it often feels that I have led several lifetimes in one. To quote singer/songwriter Mary Chapin Carpenter "Why walk when you can fly?" (1994).

To say that I have been an overachiever would probably be putting it politely. I am on a lifelong learning mission and I can't seem to stop the quest that started from my earliest recollection of school. If this resume seems full of classes, seminars, and training, it is because I never stop wanting to know more about what makes things work well. Whether it be my work as a consultant, the business I started, a class I teach or a project I develop, my question is always the same: how can I do this better?
